Aakash Tablet

Aakash Tablet that was launched by union minister Kapil Sibal is now available for booking on the website aakashdatawind.com . The tablet is manufactured by DataWind of UK for the Indian Government. Indian government will provide 50% subsidy to students. Aakash was initially released only for students and is supposed to be available to general publick from Nov 2011. I came across the above mentioned website which has a booking form. I just booked my Aakash Tablet and got a message that they will contact me shortly, I’m waiting.
